Account details (name, email), project and maintenance-request content you submit, and usage data (pages visited, session activity) needed to operate the portal. If you connect Google Analytics for your own site, aggregated traffic data is shown back to you here.
To provide the portal itself — authentication, showing your projects and maintenance plan, billing/credit tracking, and the analytics reporting you've requested.
Data is stored in our CRM and hosting infrastructure. We use Google (Analytics Data API, Sign-in) where you've connected it. We don't sell your data.
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Contact us at the email address you use to sign in to this portal, or reach your ThatFlow contact directly.
